- 1 tsp Peppers
- 1 tsp Cornflour
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
Instructions to make to make Paneer shashlik sizzler
- Preparing Vegetables -
Saute boiled vegetables in a pan with little amount of oil and salt and keep aside.
Saute onions, tomatoes, spinach, potatoes (each separately) on a grilling plate with little oil and salt. Add a little garlic while cooking spinach. Keep aside.
- For paneer -
Marinate cut paneer pieces with all the ingredients mentioned above and cook for 5 minutes on a grilling plate. Keep it aside.
