- 1/2 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon Pink Salt
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil

- Clean, wash and cut all the vegetables into bite size pieces. You can use any winter vegetables you prefer.

- Beat 1/2 cup of regular curd and and add in all the spices and seasonings as mentioned above in the marinating section.
