  1. First in cooker vessel add broken wheat, little salt, oil and water, pressure cook for 3 whistles. As broken wheat being cook..dry roast peanuts for 5 mins and remove skin and grind to coarse powder.Keep aside.
  2. Remove cooked broken wheat from cooker vessel in board dish(Thali)..and cool under fan for few mins. Grind green chillies to paste.
  3. In non stick kadhai add, heat oil,do tempering of cumin seeds as they splutter add green chillies paste and saute for 30 secs.
  4. Add cooked and cooled broken wheat,coarse peanut powder,salt, sugar powder and lemon juice. Mix well. Cook for 1 minute. Off the flame. Serve hot garnishing with chopped coriander leaves.
